The Guru JL Pole floats are a deep water pole float which are perfect for presentating bait among feeding fish. The pole float offers a better stability in deeper water and is essentially a longer version of the bagger pattern. The pole float’s body is manufactured from a high density foam and has a 2mm buoyant hollow tip with a fibreglass stem.
Designed specifically for deep margins, deep island work and short pole fishing when strength, durability and stability is key! Available in the key sizes for this kind of use – 0.4g, 0.5g and 0.6g, they enable anglers to anchor a bait in deeper margins amongst feeding fish effectively.
This is a longer version of the popular Bagger float released last year, giving it ultimate proportion to the depth you are fishing. Featuring a 2mm hollow-plastic tip these are versatile in terms of baits and can be seen in all conditions easily offering a balance of sensitivity and visibility – hard pellets, naturals, corn and meat, they can do it all!
The slightly elongated round body makes them very stable, and matched with an indestructible fibreglass stem they sit secure in wind, tow, and when big fish are routing around displacing water.
Like all the Mick Wilkinson Signature Range, these are made form high-density foam, which adds to the strength factor and doesn’t take on any water. The deep-routed and firmly glued-in side eye can cope with immense amounts of pressure and bagging sessions.
