Impressed with the quality of the rod, the packaging was superb - shame about DHL - item took 3 days to arrive and the £9.99 ‘long item’ surcharge was unexpected so ‘free’ postage initially advertised was hardly that - had I of clocked it when ordering I’d of shopped elsewhere (I was sure I’d added other items to my cart, so didn’t realise when I paid) having said that, the customer service was very good when I enquired/moaned about the slow delivery, which to be fair was DHL’s fault / but still - soured the buying experience for me.
Very good product. Excellent components strong sturdy construction. Easy to assemble extendable handle and superb net locking mechanism. Recommend this for all round angling use.
This item is well worth the money I paid for. I'm well satisfied it will do the job for me.
So my old brolly was getting old and leaky. Decided to get a bigger one and this ticked all the boxes. Well priced, good quality and the locking mechanism is great. Also comes with two tent pegs. This brolly is massive and great for a day session if you’ve got the room at your peg. Way too big for roving. Had a good test in the rain for a whole day and not one leak. For the money you can’t go wrong proving you’re not roving.

I spent weeks trying to find a rod that does both carp and silver fishing,I was told there wasn’t such a thing now but this rod comes close,it’s so light and and so powerful,only had one outing with it and glad I chose it,it’s better on the siver fishing than I thought it was going to be,and stock match carp was no effort for this rod either.Tackle tavern kept me informed on delivery details and for the quality of the rod the price was good,will definitely use again 👍.

I bought this to use as a camping chair for our motorhome. I could not find a decent lightweight, camping, padded, high back recliner chair with a low seat under 45cm (I'm a petite 5ft lady). The low seat height 40cm on the EOS2 is perfect for me. The option to heighten it is there if hubby wants to use it. I would have liked a different colour, maybe blue/black/grey, but it is a fishing chair so that was my compromise. I have only used it in garden for now and am very happy with it so only time will tell how robust it is, but it certainly isn't a flimsy chair. The delivery was quick and it was well packaged. The reduced price ticked the final box!
Great price and quick delivery. Perfect replacement for my old one which had seen a lot better days.
All rods and my pole held in place with adjustable straps. Handle at the bottom of bag makes loading into the car a lot easier.

Got two of these for my feeder rods. Great reel ideal size. Good feel and bot to heavy.
The rods arrived late, some issue with DHL, upon opening the rod package, I noticed that they were both secured to each other by a black cable tie.
Upon opening one of the rods, sadly one of the line guides was crushed to bits and the ceramic lining was smashed to bits all in the bottom of the bag.
There is now no way of speaking to anyone in person about issues, so had to email, then wait, by which time the cut off to get them returned on Monday had passed. So currently I’m without rods and £250 worse off until they get collected and returned.
Used to be much better customer service.
